The search strategy is usually formed after on-site client meetings and conversations with the key decision-makers and stakeholders who will work closely with the new executive. As the ability to identify potential candidates through web search and social media becomes routine, our value-add comes through knowing ‘what’ to look for and ‘how’ to read a resume, and in making the nuanced assessments, through careful interviewing and referencing, that insure a match between a company culture, the desired professional background and potential for the new hire, and the career goals of the individual executive. Candidates are thoroughly interviewed, by phone and in person, before recommendations are made for client interviews. We undertake objective and thorough referencing of finalist candidates and work closely with clients to guide the hiring process through compensation offer and negotiation stage.
